Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries — we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason.
Return Conditions
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the product.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Contact us at rindolo.support@gmail.com to register your return before sending the product back.
How to Return
- Send an email to rindolo.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you the return instructions and return address.
- Carefully package the product and send it back.
- Once we have received and inspected the return, you will receive your refund or exchange product within a few business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used for your order. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Products that are custom-made or clearly used/damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return. If in doubt, please contact us.
